Wedding Bar At Langtons House

We were serving at one of our favourite wedding venues again this week - Langtons House!
Located just a couple of miles from the A12 and Gallows Corner is this stunning grade II listed 18th century house with picturesque landscaped gardens.
As soon as you turn down the long driveway and on to the immaculately kept estate it's easy to forget that you're still in the middle of Hornchurch - and that's not a jibe at Hornchurch by the way... it's just that Langtons is like a discreet wedding bliss that's hiding in plain site!
Over the past few years we've provided our mobile bar and drinks service at this gem of a wedding venue many times, with each visit being just as enjoyable as the last.
This time it was Kerri and Sam's big day. They arrived in style courtesy of a vintage VW camper van before heading out on to the lush green gardens with all their guests for some photos and reception drinks. We served a selection of Prosecco, Pimms, Lager and Orange Juice upon guest arrival, all of which went down very well in the afternoon sun.
As the wedding party then filtered back into the hall it wasn't long before we were pulling the pints from the conveniently located bar hatch within the main hall which is another reason why we love this venue so much.
All of our equipment such as the bottle fridges, back bar display and beer pumps fit perfectly within the in-built bar area which allows not only for an easier setup but also provides more room within the hall for guest tables, the DJ and the all important dancefloor!
After some informal and entertaining speeches (complimented by a delicious buffet), it was time to kick off the heels and loosen the ties as the DJ cranked it up and got the party started.
The evening bar service was an absolute pleasure and it wasn't long before guests got a taste for our wedding themed cocktails - Sweet Lovin' and Blushing Bride in particular! Although to be honest they also got a pretty good taste for the beer, wine, gin and vodka too...
So, all in all, another awesome wedding at Langtons House and thankfully not long before we return again at the end of May :)
